Premium Administration

All premiums collected are deposited in a designated fiduciary account. Insured records are individually updated as your customers make payments. Premium reconciliation procedures are in place and monitored to ensure complete accuracy.

APS provides timely, accurate premium reports and works with our carriers to provide for special reporting needs. Premiums collected are remitted on a predetermined basis and schedule. Remittances are accompanied by a premium submission report, summarizing collected premium remitted which reconciles the amount remitted.

Fulfillment

While we concentrate on offering timely, high quality service on all of our clients, we make a special effort to ensure our fulfillment service meets your needs.

With a substantial investment in technology that automates many aspects of the fulfillment process, we provide world-class delivery standards. For those cases requiring more personalized attention, we have highly experienced team members who coordinate all aspects of your final product.

When complete information is an absolute necessity our system incorporates an "incomplete" procedure involving personalized notification highlighting the missing information.

Whether your products require printing materials or fulfillment using your inventory, our systems accommodate your needs. Our dedicated team members will work hard to provide the most efficient means of fulfilling your product and satisfying your customers.

Billing & Collection

APS's system has the capability to deliver premium notices in a variety of formats including Bank Debit, Credit Card, and Direct billing. In light of the emphasis on privacy of account number information and billing concerns, we developed a solution to accommodate different approaches at the request of clients.

Our direct billing option also incorporates a final notice or lapse alert. This persistency series emphasizes to the insureds the need for the product and provides an option for those clients uncomfortable with automatic premium debits. This billing option increases the retention of your customers.

Customer Retention

The acquisition of new policyholders can be a costly and time-consuming proposition, when compared to the relatively low cost of ongoing maintenance of the existing policyholder base. APS understands this is a critical concern to financial institutions and insurance companies and has recently developed a new retention program supporting this effort that provides flexible solutions to meet their needs. APS has created specialized retention teams who have undergone an extensive training program proven to increase the retention of policy holders.
